Ordering and design
How do I place an order?
Send us a quote request with the piece you like, or describe an idea of your own, along with your photo or wording and the size you have in mind. We reply with a quote and a design preview, and start making your piece once you approve it.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We share a digital preview showing the layout, the lettering and how your photo sits in the frame, and we only begin once you are happy with it.
Can I get a custom size or shape?
Most pieces can be made to the size you need. Share the dimensions or a photo of the wall, and we will suggest what works best for the space.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Matching nameplates for an office, or a set of gifts for a wedding or company event, can be planned together. Mention the quantity in your request.
Photos and materials
What kind of photo works best?
The original file from your phone or camera gives the sharpest result. Photos forwarded through messaging apps or taken as screenshots are usually compressed, so send the original where you can. We will let you know if a photo is not sharp enough for the size you have chosen.
How is acrylic different from glass?
Acrylic is crystal clear like glass, but about half the weight and far more resistant to shattering. That makes it safer to hang, easier to deliver and a great fit for homes with children.
Can nameplates go outdoors?
Tell us where the nameplate will be installed, whether that is a covered entrance or an open wall, and we will recommend the material and finish that suit it.
Delivery and installation
How long does an order take?
It depends on the piece, the size and the finishing involved. You get a clear timeline with your quote, before you confirm anything.
Do you deliver to my city?
Share your city in your request and we will confirm the delivery options and charges along with your quote.
How are the frames mounted?
Most wall pieces are fixed with polished stand-offs that hold the acrylic slightly away from the wall for a floating look. Tabletop pieces stand on their own. We tell you exactly what comes with your piece before you order.
Caring for acrylic
How do I clean acrylic?
Dust it gently with a soft microfibre cloth. For marks, use a little water or mild soapy water and wipe it dry. Avoid paper towels and glass cleaners that contain ammonia or alcohol, as they can scratch or cloud the surface.
How do I keep the colours looking fresh?
Hang your piece away from strong, direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as stoves and heaters, and it will keep looking its best.
